About Victoria

Born and bred in Eastern Europe (Latvia), Victoria knew from a young age that teaching was her forte; as a young adult, she began successfully working towards raising public awareness and improving the human rights and status of the language (New Zealand Sign Language - NZSL) of Deaf people in New Zealand.

As a Director of Merge NZ which offers NZSL training (both online and face to face) and Deaf Culture workshops to education sector, government services, businesses and communities who wish to improve their customer service and communication with people who are Deaf. Victoria takes pride in competently achieving quality results for every project she completes.
